Your 5 dinners for the week

One grocery cart, two base proteins, five distinct family meals — here's what's in the guide.

The Overlap Method: This week uses two base proteins cooked in batches (Chicken on Mon/Tue, Beef on Thu/Fri) to minimise prep time while keeping every dinner fresh and family-friendly.

Why it’s different

Built by a dietitian

Every recipe is written and reviewed by an Accredited Practising Dietitian. Evidence-based, and no diet culture.

Matched to what you told us

The day is built from what you said suits you right now — not a fixed template everyone gets.

Real meals, small portions

Ordinary food you can actually cook, sized for the days when a normal plate feels like far too much.

Common questions

Is it really free?
Yes. Building a day costs nothing and needs no account — you don't even have to give us an email. If you want to keep your plan, you can join the waiting list: when your place is ready you get 14 days of the whole app, with no card needed.
Do I need an account?
Not to build a day. Your answers stay on your own device — we don’t send them anywhere. An account is only for saving plans and building the rest of the week, and accounts are open by waiting list at the moment.
What if there’s something I don’t eat?
Tell us in the second step. Anything you ask us to leave out is excluded completely — we’d rather show you a shorter day than a meal you can’t eat.
Is this medical advice?
No. Food Signals gives general dietary information and helps you plan meals. Always talk to your doctor, pharmacist or dietitian about your health and any medication.
