For people on a GLP-1

Food Signals: a GLP-1 can be hard. Mostly, it's the food.

Food Signals tracks your meals, symptoms and injection timing on one timeline, shows how they tend to line up, and suggests food for how you're feeling. Built by a dietitian.

Who's behind it

Ruby Marusic, APD

Founder & Accredited Practising Dietitian

Ruby is an Accredited Practising Dietitian in Newcastle and a Clinical Trial Coordinator at the Hunter Diabetes Centre, where she works on GLP-1 medication trials. Food Signals started as a spreadsheet she built to score recipes for her own patients — the scoring model is still entirely hers, and she reads every piece of early feedback herself.
