Blueberry Almond High-Protein Yoghurt Parfait
High-protein breakfast for GLP-1 bloating, built around reduced-fat Greek yoghurt and vanilla whey protein isolate — sized for a smaller appetite.
Ingredients
- 200 g reduced-fat Greek yoghurt
- 20 g vanilla whey protein isolate
- 75 g blueberries
- 20 g rolled oats — lightly toasted
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup optional
Instructions
- Stir the protein powder into the yoghurt until completely smooth.
- Layer half the yoghurt into a glass or bowl.
- Add half the blueberries and toasted oats.
- Repeat with remaining yoghurt and blueberries.
- Finish with almond butter, hemp seeds and cinnamon.
