Frozen Greek Yoghurt Berry Bark
Frozen Greek Yoghurt Berry Bark is a dietician-designed snack built around reduced-fat Greek yoghurt, vanilla whey protein isolate and mixed berries. It's made for GLP-1 medication users managing nausea, with protein kept high and portions sized for a smaller appetite.
Ingredients
- 500 g reduced-fat Greek yoghurt
- 30 g vanilla whey protein isolate
- 150 g mixed berries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 30 g pistachios — roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey optional
Instructions
- Line a small baking tray or container with baking paper.
- Mix the yoghurt, protein powder and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the tray to about 1.5 cm thick.
- Scatter over the berries, chia seeds, pistachios and pumpkin seeds.
- Drizzle with honey if using.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Break into pieces and store in a freezer-safe container.
