Ingredients

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 170 g reduced-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 100 g light cottage cheese
  • 100 ml reduced-fat milk
  • 20 g vanilla whey protein isolate
  • 100 g strawberries — diced
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 piece Zest of ¼ lemon optional
  • 1 piece Crushed wholegrain wheat biscuits (1–2 tbsp) for a "cheesecake base" optional

Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth (optional but creates a cheesecake texture).
  2. Combine oats, protein powder and chia seeds in a container.
  3. Add yoghurt, cottage cheese, milk and vanilla.
  4. Fold through half the strawberries.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Top with remaining strawberries before serving.
