Ingredients
- 170 g reduced-fat Greek yoghurt
- 100 g light cream cheese — softened
- 20 g vanilla whey protein isolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup optional
- 150 g strawberries — halved optional
- 150 g small pear — sliced optional
- 5 piece wholegrain crackers optional
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the Greek yoghurt and mix until creamy.
- Gradually whisk in the protein powder until no lumps remain.
- Stir through vanilla and maple syrup.
- Spoon into a serving bowl.
- Serve with strawberries, pear slices and crackers.
