Ingredients

  • 150 ml high-protein milk
  • 1 piece egg
  • 12 g vanilla whey protein isolate
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cornflour
  • 100 g small pear — diced
  • 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Place the pear, water and cinnamon in a small saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes until soft.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, protein powder, cornflour and vanilla.
  3. Pour into a saucepan over low heat.
  4. Stir continuously for 4–5 minutes until thickened. Do not boil.
  5. Spoon into a bowl and top with the warm pear.
