Remove your details

If you gave us an email address to send a meal plan to, we created an account to hold that plan. If you never finished setting it up and would like it gone, enter that address and we'll email you a link to delete it.

If we hold anything for that address, a removal link is on its way. The link works once and expires in 24 hours.

We answer the same way whether or not we hold anything for an address, so this page can't be used to find out who has an account.

This will permanently delete the account created for you and everything stored against it, including the email address we hold and any plan or answers attached to it.

This cannot be undone, and it does not sign you in.
